About the role
Pallet is building AI agents to transform the physical economy and is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to lead net‑new enterprise acquisition across Europe. The role focuses on large logistics providers, educating customers on AI‑powered workflow automation and establishing Pallet’s go‑to‑market playbook.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle across EMEA, from outbound prospecting to contract signature.
- Build and maintain a 3‑4× qualified pipeline, self‑sourcing at least 30% of opportunities.
- Develop relationships with executive stakeholders (COO, CIO, VP Operations, etc.) at Europe’s largest logistics providers.
- Lead consultative discovery sessions to map operational workflows to Pallet’s AI agent capabilities.
- Scope and lead structured pilots that demonstrate measurable ROI and convert into enterprise deployments.
- Document repeatable use cases and market feedback to shape product roadmap and international GTM strategy.
- Travel extensively across Europe for customer meetings, workshops, pilots, and industry events.
Required profile
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS or enterprise logistics sales experience.
- Business‑fluent Portuguese for discovery, negotiation and presentations.
- Proven track record of closing six‑ and seven‑figure enterprise software agreements.
- Strong consultative selling and value‑based sales methodology.
- Experience navigating complex buying committees and long sales cycles.
- Executive presence with senior operators and technology leaders.
- Ability to quickly understand complex logistics operations and translate them into AI automation opportunities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
