Enterprise Customer Onboarding Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Customer Onboarding Manager to join our Customer Experience team. You will own a portfolio of large, complex enterprise customers across Europe and the UK, guiding them through a seamless onboarding journey and ensuring they realise the full value of Pleo’s spend management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior and executive stakeholders, acting as a credible advisor.
• Align with customers on project timelines, scope, resources and integration requirements.
• Configure Pleo for users, including activation, limits, cards, integrations and compliance.
• Integrate Pleo with the customer’s accounting system, export expenses and support testing.
• Provide consulting, best‑practice guidance, training and drive user adoption.
• Deliver ‘hyper‑care’, conduct final review calls and hand over to the Customer Success Manager.
• Collect feedback, CES scores and assist in capturing testimonials.
• Track effort for revenue recognition and feed insights to product, development and marketing teams.

Required profile

• At least three years of direct mid‑market or enterprise customer onboarding or customer success experience.
• Five or more years overall in Customer Success, account management, consulting or implementation.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech or complex B2B technology environments.
• Strong executive relationship‑management and stakeholder‑coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, planning, prioritisation and risk‑management abilities.
