Enterprise Integrations Service Owner

About the role

Join the Global Technology Operations team to own and lead the operational lifecycle of enterprise‑scale integration services. You will ensure platforms are secure, resilient and high‑performing while collaborating with stakeholders, suppliers and cross‑functional teams to support critical digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the operational lifecycle of enterprise integration services, meeting agreed service levels, availability, performance and security standards.
• Lead incident, problem, change and release management activities, driving root‑cause analysis and preventative improvements.
• Develop and maintain service roadmaps, operational standards and governance processes.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, third‑party suppliers and managed service providers.
• Monitor platform health, capacity, performance and resilience, and support project delivery through operational readiness reviews.

Required profile

• Strong operational knowledge of enterprise integration technologies such as MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Google Apigee, Oracle SOA Suite, ODI, OID, SSIS and Microsoft .NET integration.
• Experience owning and operating critical integration services, including incident, problem, change and release management.
• Knowledge of API management, middleware administration, identity services, cloud/hybrid integration and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, automation tooling and cloud platforms (AWS, Oracle Cloud).
• Excellent stakeholder, communication and supplier management capabilities.
