Intermediate Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Intermediate Software Engineer to build reliable, secure and scalable software that delivers meaningful outcomes for our customers and the business. You will work within a cross‑functional Agile team, collaborating with senior engineers to develop production‑quality components for RX Global’s event platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Produce clear technical documentation and follow RX architectural principles.
• Develop software with a focus on performance, resilience, extensibility and security using Secure SDLC.
• Apply testing strategies that support deployment confidence and meet service agreements.
• Write clean, maintainable code, participate in peer code reviews and improve code quality.
• Support operational health through monitoring, diagnostics, incident response and runbook maintenance.

Required profile

• Professional software engineer with experience in Agile product teams.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with SOLID principles, design patterns, API design, DDD and event‑driven architectures.

Required skills

• C# (.NET) and JavaScript/TypeScript (React).
• SQL with PostgreSQL.
• Modern web development using React, Vite, REST and GraphQL.
• Cloud‑native development on AWS, CI/CD with GitHub Actions, DevSecOps and Secure SDLC.
• Observability tools such as Splunk and Mixpanel.
• AI‑assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Amazon Bedrock).
