Enterprise Support Specialist – Korean Speaking (London)

About the role

Figma is looking for an Enterprise Support Specialist who speaks Korean to join its Product Support team in London. You will work closely with the Enterprise Support Manager to deliver high‑quality support for Figma’s most strategic, enterprise‑level customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in Figma’s products and diagnose sophisticated customer inquiries.
• Interact with customers daily via email, owning cases from start to resolution.
• Partner with Sales to guide large organisations through complex workspace configurations and ensure successful account setup.
• Act as the voice of the customer, surfacing product and process gaps and presenting data‑backed cases for improvements.
• Own high‑risk escalations, coordinating with internal partners to drive timely solutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a support environment for a technical SaaS product, preferably serving enterprise customers.
• Fluent in Korean.
• Proven ability to evaluate business impact of technical issues and drive cross‑functional alignment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting SAML/SSO configurations.
• Experience with SCIM provisioning for large‑scale organisations.
• System administration experience for large end‑user communities.
