Entertainment Industry Relations Intern – London

About the role

Gucci is looking for a highly organised Entertainment Industry Relations Intern to support the Entertainment Industry Relations Manager in London. You will play a key part in delivering the brand’s talent strategy across film, music, sport and the arts.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange domestic and international shipments, track deliveries and ensure timely return of samples.
• Maintain the VIP Sample Cupboard, handling all send‑outs and using Fashion GPS for accurate tracking.
• Support talent dressing appointments, including fitting‑room preparation and back‑of‑house assistance.
• Assist with annual inventory of VIP samples and coordinate local activation events, managing guest lists, travel, accommodation and gifting.
• Collaborate with Retail, Head Office and Communications teams to secure approvals and share information.
• Create polished PowerPoint decks for approvals and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in fashion communications, entertainment or talent management.
• Exceptional organisational ability with strong attention to detail.
• Professional discretion when handling high‑profile talent and confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Fashion GPS.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
