Entry Level Business Development Executive

About the role

This is an entry‑level Business Development Executive position at Foxtons, offering a high‑impact start in the London property market. You will be on the front line generating new leads, building relationships and driving revenue through outbound and inbound calling.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through high‑volume outbound calls.
• Build rapport quickly and convert leads into opportunities.
• Hit and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop expert knowledge of the London property market and Foxtons’ services.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive sales environment.

Required profile

• Go‑getter with a strong interest in sales.
• Highly motivated, competitive and target‑driven.
• Confident communicator with resilience and drive.
• Ambitious and eager to progress quickly based on results.
• Customer‑facing experience in a fast‑paced role is desirable but not required.
