Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of client relationships in the engineering and technical sectors.
• Run the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to placement and follow‑up.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the agency’s growth objectives.
• Build a personal client base through long‑term relationship building.
• Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices and support collective goals.
