Entry Level Sales & Customer Service Representative

About the role

This is an entry‑level, full‑time position focused on face‑to‑face sales and customer service within London. You will represent recognised non‑profit brands, engaging directly with the public to promote products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Approach customers in residential areas across London and provide clear information about the brand’s offerings.
• Answer enquiries, address concerns and ensure a positive, professional experience.
• Support customer acquisition activities and complete required sales administration.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily targets.

Required profile

• Strong English communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work 4‑5 full days per week (Mon‑Sat).
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
