Entry-Level Sales Development Representative – £30k‑£60k + commission

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious entry‑level Sales Development Representative to join Tangent’s commercial team. You will help grow our business by identifying companies that could benefit from hiring through our platform and starting conversations with decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers, especially those hiring early‑career talent or seeking diverse candidates.
• Initiate outreach via cold calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding hiring needs and assessing fit.
• Build relationships with talent, recruitment, people, commercial and leadership teams.
• Maintain and track outreach, conversations and opportunities in our CRM.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and partnership teams to improve outreach strategies.

• Entry‑level candidates – graduates, non‑graduates or career changers.
