About the role

Our client, a respected independent financial adviser practice based in Manchester, is expanding its Equity Release team. They are seeking self‑employed advisors who can work remotely to provide specialist advice to later‑life clients seeking equity release solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional equity release advice to clients via phone or virtual meetings.
• Manage a pipeline of pre‑booked, qualified appointments supplied by the firm.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and the Equity Release Council standards.
• Achieve monthly performance targets, including completing fact‑findings and converting enquiries into sales.

Required profile

• Hold a valid Equity Release qualification.
• Minimum 18 months to 2 years of proven equity release advisory experience.
• Ability to work independently from home and manage a self‑employed business.
• Strong communication skills with empathy for later‑life clients.
