About the role

The Estate Agent Branch Manager will lead a dynamic branch in Southsea, driving new business and motivating a high‑performing team. You will be the face of the branch, ensuring professional service throughout the property sales process.

Key responsibilities

Generate and secure new property sales opportunities to meet revenue targets.
Lead, coach and develop the branch team, fostering a culture of high performance.
Oversee valuations, property instructions and the end‑to‑end sales cycle.
Maintain strong client relationships and represent the brand with professionalism.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the estate agency sector, including valuations and instruction gaining.
Proven ability to inspire and manage a sales team.
Dynamic, results‑driven attitude with a focus on customer service.

What we offer

Competitive basic salary of £30,000.
On‑target earnings up to £65,000 per year.
Choice of a company car or £4,000 car allowance.
Every other Saturday working schedule.
