Estate Agent - Sales Negotiator

About the role

We are recruiting a Sales Negotiator for an award‑winning estate agency based in Stopsley, Luton. The successful candidate will work on residential sales, helping buyers and sellers through the entire transaction process. Applicants must have at least three months of experience in a similar role, reside in Luton, hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own car.

Key responsibilities

• Register and qualify potential buyers.
• Generate and conduct property viewings.
• Canvass new properties for the portfolio.
• Negotiate sales between vendors and buyers.
• Prepare sales brochures and marketing material.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Provide advice to buyers and vendors throughout the process.
• Book appointments and ensure exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum three months experience as a Sales Negotiator in the property sector.
• Resident of Luton (or within a 30‑minute commute).
• High level of customer service and communication skills.
• Well‑presented, target‑driven and ambitious.
• Team‑oriented, highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence with own vehicle.

• Basic salary £19,000 with OTE up to £35,000.
• Monday‑Friday 8:30 am‑6:00 pm plus two Saturdays per month (with time off in lieu).
