Estimator - Aluminium Windows & Doors

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to lead the quoting and cost‑estimation process for a high‑end range of aluminium windows and doors. You will manage the sales office, support the team, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates for aluminium window and door projects.
• Oversee the sales office, including order processing, workflow management and team performance.
• Coach and develop estimators and office staff to improve accuracy and productivity.
• Liaise with Sales, Production, Technical and Customer Service teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven estimating experience within construction, preferably in glazing or fenestration.
• Leadership or managerial experience is desirable.
• Familiarity with aluminium or PVC windows, doorsets, and related products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated, ambitious and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
