Estimator – Bespoke Joinery & Timber Products

About the role
The Estimator will work with a manufactured range of bespoke joinery and timber doorsets, preparing accurate cost estimates for projects. You will collaborate with design, commercial and project teams to support competitive tender submissions and ensure successful bids.
Key responsibilities
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documents for bespoke joinery projects.
- Obtain supplier quotations and prepare cost estimates.
- Support competitive tender submissions and bid preparation.
- Maintain pricing records and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
- Work closely with design, commercial and project teams throughout the bid process.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an estimator in timber joinery, timber fit‑out or related sectors.
- Strong technical understanding of drawings, specifications and construction processes.
- Excellent numerical, analytical and commercial abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
What we offer
- Salary between £40,000 and £50,000 per year.
