About the role

We are seeking an Estimator to prepare detailed and accurate pricing for construction tenders and to support clients with early contractor involvement projects. The role offers flexible working across Swindon or London.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed and accurate pricing for tenders.
  • Provide pricing support for early contractor involvement projects.
  • Collaborate with the Bid Manager to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Apply appropriate pricing methodologies and outputs to suit project conditions.
  • Develop price estimates for budget‑priced tenders.
  • Utilise NEC3 contract knowledge throughout the estimation process.

Required profile

  • Experience working closely with a Bid Manager.
  • Ability to produce competitive pricing using established methodologies.
  • Knowledge of NEC3 contracts.
  • Eligibility for UK National Security Vetting (BPSS).

What we offer

  • Salary up to £70,000 per year, dependent on experience.
  • Car allowance of £5,750.
  • Flexible working arrangements (onsite, hybrid or remote).
  • 37.5‑hour work week on a permanent contract.
