Estimator – Entry Level

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Estimator to join our commercial team in Hersham. This entry‑level position is ideal for a recent business graduate or anyone at the start of a commercial career who wants to develop quoting and pricing expertise in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate customer quotations and cost estimates using internal systems.
• Tailor pricing proposals to meet individual client requirements.
• Respond to enquiries by phone and email, delivering a professional service.
• Enter and maintain quotation data in company databases.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and accurate quote production.
• Contribute to process‑improvement and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken English with excellent grammar and punctuation.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A Business degree or experience in commercial, administration, customer service or sales support is advantageous.
