Estimator – Internal Fit‑Out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Accrington‑based team, focusing on commercial and internal fit‑out projects across the North West and wider UK. The role involves preparing accurate, competitive tenders from enquiry through to submission.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender enquiries, drawings, schedules and specifications to develop cost estimates.
• Obtain and assess quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, pricing labour, materials, plant and packages.
• Identify risks, exclusions, opportunities and potential cost savings.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers throughout the tender process and attend site visits.
• Maintain estimating records and hand over successful tenders to commercial and project teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Estimator in internal fit‑out, refurbishment or commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of fit‑out trades, construction methods and subcontractor pricing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with estimating or take‑off software.
