European Business Development Manager - Aerospace

About the role

This position is a remote, UK‑based role focused on expanding our client’s aerospace, energy and medical business across Europe. You will work closely with global technical and operational teams to identify and win new opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deepen relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers in the UK and Europe.
• Identify market trends, programmes and new business opportunities across aerospace, energy (IGT) and medical sectors.
• Lead bid and tender processes, from opportunity identification to programme integration.
• Represent the company at conferences and events to build networks and promote capabilities.
• Provide competitor intelligence and advise senior management on strategic actions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive sales growth and market positioning.

Required profile

• Established network of contacts within the UK and European aerospace industry.
• Experience working with energy (IGT) and medical sectors is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe for customer meetings and events.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage at mid‑senior level.
