Evening Production Operative

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Evening Production Operative to join our team at Noble Foods. You will work on the night shift, helping to prepare, process, and pack food products while upholding the highest standards of quality, food safety, and health & safety.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out production and packing tasks efficiently and safely.
• Operate machinery, mechanical equipment, and automated systems (training provided).
• Complete production documentation accurately to maintain full traceability.
• Contribute to achieving production targets and maximising efficiency.
• Maintain product quality, integrity, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Follow company Health & Safety procedures and support waste segregation.
• Undertake any reasonable tasks as directed by Line Managers or Supervisors.

Required profile

• Team player with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Willing to learn and complete role‑specific training.
• Reliable, punctual, and conscientious.
• Comfortable with manual handling and standing for periods of time.
• Committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
