About the role
The Event Sales Administrator will join Connexin Live in Hull, supporting the sales team to turn enquiries into successful conferences, exhibitions and live experiences. You will be the central point for capturing event details, managing contracts and ensuring smooth client interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming event enquiries and liaise with clients.
- Prepare, coordinate and issue event contracts, invoices and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and deadlines.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee seamless event execution.
Required profile
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
