Events Administrator – Hybrid (6‑month)

About the role
We are looking for an Events Administrator to join our Events Team on a six‑month hybrid contract. You will support the planning and delivery of internal and external events ranging from small meetings to large conferences of up to 600 attendees.
Key responsibilities
- Source, book and coordinate venues, including conducting site visits.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
- Assist in designing customer‑facing materials while adhering to brand guidelines and approval processes.
- Track event budgets, raise purchase orders and manage payments.
- Manage on‑site event operations and delegate logistics.
- Prepare risk assessments and other health‑and‑safety documentation.
- Support post‑event activities such as evaluations, reporting and feedback compilation.
- Create and design registration forms and event websites using Cvent, and coordinate event communications (emails, reminders, joining instructions, post‑event surveys).
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting internal and external events of various sizes.
- Strong ability to coordinate with vendors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience managing event budgets, purchase orders and payments.
- Familiarity with health‑and‑safety documentation and risk assessments.
- Excellent written communication skills for event communications and post‑event reporting.
