Events Coordinator (EMEA)

About the role

Pixi Beauty is seeking an exceptionally organised and proactive Events Coordinator to support brand activations across the EMEA region. Working closely with the Senior Events & PR Manager, you will own the operational planning and delivery of influencer events, brand experiences, VIP activations and gifting programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end planning and execution of influencer events, brand experiences and VIP activations.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and event checklists to ensure seamless delivery.
• Research, source and negotiate with venues, suppliers and event partners.
• Manage supplier communications, contracts and invoices.
• Oversee all event logistics including catering, furniture, florals, entertainment, staffing, transport and branded materials.
• Maintain detailed event schedules and production timelines, anticipating and resolving logistical challenges.
• Lead on‑site operational delivery, coordinating supplier arrivals, setup and breakdown.
