Events Coordinator – Live Events at Stamford Bridge

About the role

We are looking for an Events Coordinator to join a top‑tier football club and deliver a variety of high‑energy live events at Stamford Bridge. The role is hands‑on and focused on on‑the‑day execution, supporting pitch‑side experiences, brand activations, corporate conferences and private functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of three or more live events per day, often back‑to‑back.
• Assist with pitch events such as tournaments, sponsor activations, influencer sessions and filming.
• Manage on‑the‑day coordination tasks including check‑ins, delegate lists and Excel tracking.
• Print and prepare event materials (badges, signage, documentation).
• Liaise with guests including corporate clients, influencers, talent and partners.
• Work closely with a team of four coordinators to ensure smooth delivery.
• Help transition to conference and corporate events from June onward.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in events, preferably in live/on‑the‑day delivery.
• Background in events coordination rather than sales or pure planning.
• Experience in sporting, corporate, experiential or conference events.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and event check‑in tools.
