Events & Trunk Show Manager – Luxury Menswear

About the role

We are seeking an Events & Trunk Show Manager to lead the planning and execution of high‑profile luxury menswear trunk shows in London and key international markets. The role combines event production, client experience, and sales performance for a premium retail brand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver trunk shows from concept to execution, handling venues, logistics and scheduling.
• Own the full client experience, ensuring seamless, premium interactions.
• Drive sales by building relationships with ultra‑high‑net‑worth and high‑profile clientele.
• Manage budgets, track costs and provide post‑event insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate international shipping, materials, travel and on‑site event setup.
• Lead on‑site execution, including staffing, operations and visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with store teams for follow‑ups, payments and client communication.

• Fashion‑forward professional with exceptional organisational and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Confident working with high‑net‑worth clients and delivering premium service.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work flexibly, including weekends.
