Executive Briefing Coordinator (Hybrid, London)

About the role

Algomarketing is seeking an Executive Briefing Coordinator to join its Executive Programs team in London. Working on a hybrid schedule, you will partner with internal teams to design and deliver highly tailored executive briefing experiences for users, prospects, sales teams, and subject‑matter experts.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Executive Programs team, Executive Briefing Manager, and account teams to design personalised briefings.
• Create and maintain briefing assets, documentation, agendas, and content folders.
• Schedule and confirm executives, discussion leaders, and subject‑matter experts for sessions and preparation calls.
• Act as the central point of contact for sales teams throughout the briefing planning process.
• Coordinate onsite logistics, including room readiness, attendee registration, branded materials, and follow‑up surveys.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in an Executive Briefing Center, events coordination, or a closely related role.
• Proven ability to plan, produce, facilitate, and execute sales meetings or executive briefings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional organisational detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team while managing multiple priorities.
• Confidence interacting with senior stakeholders, sales teams, executives, and cross‑functional partners.
