Executive – Financial Diligence, Financial Services

About the role

Join EY’s Financial Services Financial Diligence team in London as an Executive. You will work on complex, integrated assignments, supporting clients throughout the transaction lifecycle across insurance, banking, capital markets and asset management sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse historical and pro‑forma financial and operational results of target companies.
• Review financial information, conduct management interviews and assess key business drivers.
• Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams, including Strategy and Transactions, to deliver comprehensive transaction support.
• Contribute to account management, business development and recruitment initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a positive learning culture.
