Executive Recruiter – Human Resources

About the role

Impellam is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join its Human Resources team on a 6‑month contract. Based at 30 Fenchurch Street, London, you will drive the end‑to‑end recruitment process for senior consulting talent across the UK and support global recruitment initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market mapping of top‑tier consulting alumni and identify priority candidates.
• Cold‑call and engage potential candidates, building a long‑term pipeline.
• Maintain up‑to‑date LinkedIn profiles and document all candidate interactions.
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess fit against role requirements.
• Provide high‑quality candidate care, delivering timely feedback and managing expectations.
• Collaborate with Directors and Principal Directors to sell opportunities to candidates.
• Partner with interviewers to tailor selection processes and messaging.
• Own candidates through selection, offer extension, negotiation, and reference checks.
• Work with external head‑hunters and agencies as needed.
• Support other regions and the Global Recruitment team during spikes.
• Monitor KPIs, update processes, and propose improvements.

Required profile
