HR Business Partner UK&I

About the role

Alfa Laval is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the UK&I sales company. Based in Camberley, you will sit on the management team, drive the people agenda and shape the HR strategy in line with global and local objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the HR strategy for the UK&I sales business, aligning it with corporate goals.
• Line‑manage the UK HR team and act as HR Country Manager for the region.
• Partner with senior leaders to support talent attraction, retention and development.
• Collaborate with HR peers across the Northern Europe region to deliver consistent HR services and support business growth.

Required profile

• Proven HR leadership experience, including coaching leaders and managing HR professionals in a matrix environment.
• Strong track record of driving transformation, employee relations and high‑performing teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to role‑model company values.
• Agile mindset, capable of influencing and empowering managers in a fast‑changing business.
