Executive Reporting Lead – Economic Crime

About the role

Join us as an Executive Reporting Lead in the Economic Crime Hub. You will lead the creation of executive‑level reports that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and regulators, while driving quality and consistency across the bank’s reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end development of high‑quality executive reports, translating complex economic‑crime data into compelling narratives that support strategic decision‑making.
• Coordinate stakeholders across the team and wider business to gather, validate and consolidate critical information.
• Adapt reporting to suit different stakeholder audiences by tailoring detail, language and insights.
• Collaborate with senior management, programme leads and subject‑matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Review and edit reports for tone, structure, grammar and visual presentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Coach creators and contributors in effective report writing.

Required profile

• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise content for senior audiences.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Economic Crime policies, standards, regulations and risk‑management frameworks.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
