About the role
As a Team Leader at Costa Coffee you will drive smooth, efficient shifts while delivering high‑quality coffee and memorable customer experiences. You’ll support and motivate a team of Baristas in a fast‑paced café environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead smooth, efficient shifts and maintain service standards.
- Train and support new Baristas.
- Energise and motivate the team.
- Maintain high standards of coffee excellence.
- Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep operations running well.
Required profile
- A reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
- Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
- Experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
