Experienced Cleaner – Construction Sites (Teesside)

About the role

We are seeking experienced cleaners to join a leading construction cleaning company operating across the Teesside area. The role involves delivering post‑construction and final deep‑clean services for new builds and refurbishment projects, ensuring properties are ready for hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Perform post‑construction cleaning of residential sites.
• Carry out final deep cleaning before hand‑over to new owners.
• Remove waste, debris and residues generated during construction.
• Maintain and organise cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Adhere to health and safety standards on site.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules with site managers and other trades.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction or residential cleaning.
• Physically fit to handle demanding cleaning tasks.
• Strong attention to detail to achieve a pristine finish.
• Willingness to work across Darlington, Middlesbrough, Richmond, Durham and surrounding areas.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility with working hours.
