Experienced Electrician – Vehicle Fleet Maintenance

About the role
Facilities by ADF is seeking an experienced electrician to join its workshop team in Longcross, Surrey. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the electrical systems of a fleet of trailers used in TV and film productions, supporting three sister companies.
Key responsibilities
- Design and install electrical installations for new‑build vehicles.
- Carry out annual NIC electrical tests on the fleet.
- Manage and test portable distribution equipment and respond to occasional call‑outs.
- Provide fault‑finding telephone guidance to onsite crews.
Required profile
- 18th Edition and Inspection & Testing certification.
- NICEIC registration.
- Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
- Valid driving licence.
Required skills
- 18th Edition certification
- Inspection & Testing certification
- NICEIC registration
- Knowledge of BS 7909 (temporary power systems)
- Experience installing temporary power systems at events
