Experienced Plumber – Full‑Time – Oxford

About the role

We are seeking a qualified plumber to join our client’s Property Team in Oxford. The role involves delivering high‑quality plumbing repairs and maintenance across a range of residential properties, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out reactive plumbing repairs and routine maintenance tasks.
• Install and replace sanitary ware, baths, shower trays, level decks and associated fittings.
• Fit kitchen sinks and new pipework using copper, speed‑fit, waste and rainwater systems.
• Install taps, ball valves and other sundry plumbing items.
• Work on water‑main supplies, heating system pipework and drainage stop taps.
• Service vented and unvented cylinder heads (HWSS qualified) and maintain cold‑water storage tanks.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing, or a minimum of five years’ experience in the trade.
• Proven experience working in occupied premises.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and health‑and‑safety awareness.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and use mobile technology (iPad/PDA) for job reporting.
