Experienced Plumber – Property Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a qualified plumber to join our client’s property team in Abingdon. You will carry out a variety of repair and maintenance tasks across residential properties, ensuring high‑quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out reactive plumbing repairs and routine maintenance in occupied homes.
• Fit and replace sanitary ware, baths, shower trays, level decks and related equipment.
• Install kitchen sinks, new pipework (copper, speed‑fit, waste and rainwater) and assorted fittings such as taps and ball valves.
• Maintain and renew water‑main supplies, heating system pipework, drainage stop taps and cold‑water storage tanks.
• Install and service domestic appliances including showers and washing machines.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or a minimum of five years’ experience in the trade.
• Proven ability to work safely in occupied premises.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable using mobile devices (iPad/PDA) for job reporting.

• HWSS‑qualified cylinder work.
