Refrigeration Project Manager

About the role

CCR is looking for a Refrigeration Project Manager in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, as it expands its presence in the UK market. The role sits in the Solutions department and reports to the Solution Manager. It involves overseeing refrigeration projects from contract award to commissioning, working closely with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of refrigeration projects from contract award to commissioning.
• Ensure project profitability by controlling costs and achieving target margins.
• Manage project schedules to deliver on time and meet milestones.
• Coordinate design, procurement, installation and commissioning activities.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project.
• Ensure documentation, testing and quality standards are completed before handover.
• Facilitate handover to Service & Aftermarket teams and ensure full project closeout.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or MSc degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in refrigeration, HVAC or cooling technology.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets, timelines and customer expectations.
• Leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented, analytical and results-driven, with a calm approach under pressure.
