Experienced Recruitment Consultant – Engineering & Energy

About the role

Amoria Bond is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to lead a 360‑recruitment desk focused on advanced engineering and renewable energy markets across the UK, Europe and the US. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, build an international client portfolio and accelerate your earnings potential.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and expand the client portfolio in engineering and energy sectors.
• Headhunt, interview and place specialist candidates across UK, European and US markets.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from brief to offer acceptance.
• Develop long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Promote personal brand and engage prospects via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Attend client meetings and travel internationally as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of recruitment experience, preferably in a 360 environment.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Target‑driven, confident and motivated to increase earnings quickly.
• Resilient and able to thrive in a high‑performance, fast‑paced setting.
