About the role

We are seeking an experienced Telehandler operator to join a busy construction site in Peterborough for a short‑term assignment. The role runs for 5‑6 weeks (potentially longer) and offers a competitive hourly rate.

Key responsibilities

Operate telehandlers of all sizes safely and efficiently on site.
Follow site instructions and safety procedures at all times.
Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance for a 9‑hour daily shift (7:30‑16:30).
Communicate effectively with site personnel and supervisors.

Required profile

Proven experience operating telehandlers on construction sites.
Valid CPCS or NPORS card.
Own personal protective equipment (PPE) and ability to travel to the site.
Ability to work the required 45‑hour week and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Required skills

Telehandler operation.
CPCS certification.
NPORS certification.

What we offer

Hourly rate of £21.00.
Payment via CIS through Marvel Payroll.
Potential for contract extension beyond the initial period.
