Experienced Waiter/Waitress – Full‑time at St Pancras Brasserie

About the role

Searcys is seeking an experienced Waiter or Waitress to join the team at St Pancras Brasserie, home to Europe’s longest Champagne bar. You will work in a high‑end restaurant and Champagne bar environment, serving guests during regular service and supporting upscale events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests throughout the restaurant and bar.
• Run sections during service, ensuring timely and accurate order delivery.
• Assist with the setup and execution of high‑profile events.
• Support and mentor junior wait staff and commis waiters.
• Adhere to all company policies, health‑and‑safety regulations and food safety standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting, preferably at a high‑end venue.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle guest requests courteously.
• Willingness to work collaboratively with kitchen and management teams.
• Commitment to following health, safety and hygiene regulations.
