About the Role
Join a market leader in water treatment solutions. As a Sales Demonstrator for Harvey Water Softeners, a subsidiary of Culligan International, you will play a pivotal role in bringing high-quality water softening solutions directly to residential and small business customers.
Main Missions
- Conduct in-home and in-business demonstrations of water softening systems.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions to improve water quality.
- Convert leads and opportunities into successful sales through persuasive communication.
- Handle objections professionally and close deals effectively.
- Generate new business opportunities through customer referrals and networking.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in direct sales or door-to-door sales environments.
- Highly autonomous with a strong self-motivation to drive results.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel.
