About the Role

Main Missions

• Conduct in-home and in-business demonstrations of water softening systems.
• Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions to improve water quality.
• Convert leads and opportunities into successful sales through persuasive communication.
• Handle objections professionally and close deals effectively.
• Generate new business opportunities through customer referrals and networking.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in direct sales or door-to-door sales environments.
• Highly autonomous with a strong self-motivation to drive results.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel.
