Exterior Painter

About the role

Styles Façade Solutions is seeking an experienced Exterior Painter to join its team in Westminster and the wider Greater London area. You will work on high‑end residential and commercial projects, including listed historic buildings such as the National Gallery and the Bank of England.

Key responsibilities

• Paint and restore high‑end residential and commercial properties across London.
• Specialise in listed buildings, delivering meticulous finishes on sash windows and heritage façades.
• Operate truck‑mount platforms (category 3a and self‑propelled booms category 3b) safely and efficiently.
• Use ‘Repair Care’ resin for surface repairs.
• Maintain exceptional quality standards and adhere to project timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an external painter or an NVQ in painting.
• Blue CSCS Card (mandatory).
• IPAF certification (desirable).
• Proven experience on high‑end projects and painting sash windows.
• Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday with occasional nights or weekends.
