Face‑to‑Face Market Research Interviewer (Mobile)

About the role

As a Face‑to‑Face Social Market Research Interviewer you will visit households within a 30‑mile radius, collect opinions on current social issues and record the data on a handheld device. Your conversations help shape national policies on crime, health, education and more.

Key responsibilities

• Knock on doors, introduce the study and explain why participants’ views matter.
• Use the provided device to record responses accurately and securely.
• Travel within the assigned area (mileage reimbursed) and schedule appointments that suit participants.
• Maintain high data quality and follow interview protocols.

Required profile

• Over 18, confident, personable and able to engage strangers.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (or alternative transport in London).
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Comfortable using handheld electronic devices (training provided).
