Facilities Co‑ordinator – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Facilities Co‑ordinator to join our Facilities Team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will work closely with the Estates Director to support the day‑to‑day management of our care home portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Estates Director with coordination of facilities and estates operations.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs and planned works across care homes.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and Home Managers to ensure efficient completion of works.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, compliance checks and statutory inspections.
• Assist with obtaining quotations, raising purchase orders and monitoring expenditure.
• Track outstanding works and provide regular progress updates.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Facilities Team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in facilities, estates, property management or a similar role is desirable.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities.
