Site Manager - Luxury Residential Refurbishment

About the role

A reputable high-end residential main contractor is recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a £2M luxury home refurbishment in North London. The project is at piling stage with a 12-month programme, and this is a No.1 Site Manager position taking full responsibility for day-to-day running, reporting to the Contracts Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the site from piling through to final client handover
• Manage all subcontractors, trades and site personnel
• Oversee structural works, refurbishment, M&E installations and high-end finishes
• Manage site programmes, sequencing, logistics and material deliveries
• Ensure exceptional quality and workmanship
• Maintain full responsibility for site health and safety
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors and the wider project team
• Attend progress meetings, manage snagging, quality control and final handover

Required profile

• Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on high-end or luxury residential projects
• Experience managing projects valued between £1M and £5M
• Strong understanding of structural works, refurbishments and high-specification finishes
• Ability to manage a project independently from start to finish
• Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
