Facilities Manager

About the role

This role joins an operational management team responsible for ensuring residential buildings run smoothly and safely. As Facilities Manager you will oversee technical and mechanical services across apartments, grounds, amenities and communal areas, directly influencing the resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team on a daily basis.
• Oversee inspections, repairs and general upkeep of apartments and communal spaces.
• Ensure all statutory obligations and compliance requirements are met.
• Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and remedial works.
• Coordinate resident‑reported maintenance requests, delivering timely, high‑quality resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activity.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, creating a safe and well‑maintained environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a facilities or maintenance management role.
• Strong customer‑service skills in a resident‑facing environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Organised, efficient and an excellent communicator.
• Professional, approachable and able to lead with integrity.
• Proactive, collaborative team player.
