Factory Operative – Day Shift (Petersfield)

About the role
Join a modern manufacturing facility in Petersfield as a Day‑Shift Factory Operative. You will work 7 am‑3 pm, five days a week, supporting the production line in a safe, GMP‑compliant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Pack client products according to specifications.
- Perform manual handling, capping, palletising and shipping duties.
- Follow documented processes, quality standards and health‑and‑safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and order within the work area.
Required profile
- Available for full‑time, day‑shift work.
- Commitment to quality, health and safety and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Reliability and ability to work as part of a team.
Required skills
- Manual handling.
- Product packing.
- Capping.
- Palletising.
- Basic shipping procedures.
