Factory Production Operative – Rotating Shifts

About the role

We are seeking reliable individuals to join our production line in Owslebury. The role involves working on either day or afternoon rotating shifts, supporting food‑processing operations and gaining experience with a variety of machines.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and conveyor‑belt systems on a rotating shift schedule.
• Monitor the line to ensure product safety and quality standards are met.
• Carry out regular equipment inspections and record production data.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and adhere to all health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Lift and transport items up to 25 kg around the floor as required.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform manual handling tasks.
• Willingness to work rotating day and afternoon shifts.
• Reliability and commitment to follow production schedules.
