About the role
The Family Hub Practitioner works within Coventry's Early Help Service to support children, young people and families. You will join a multi‑agency team delivering interventions that build resilience and improve health and education outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a range of interventions and activities for children aged 0‑19 years.
- Collaborate with partner organisations, local communities and residents to achieve the best outcomes for families.
- Ensure families receive the right help at the right time from the right people.
- Contribute to the Family Hubs and Start for Life Programme.
Required profile
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
- Commitment to inclusive values and diversity as outlined by Coventry's One Coventry Values.
- Willingness to work in a fixed‑term contract for three years.
