Family Law Associate Solicitor – English Qualified (4+ yrs PQE)

About the role

We are seeking an English‑qualified Family Law Associate Solicitor with at least four years of post‑qualification experience to join our progressive family law team in Glasgow. The role offers hybrid working, early responsibility and the chance to manage a diverse caseload across England and Scotland.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of English family law matters, including financial provision and child‑related issues.
• Provide advice to clients on complex financial and child matters, ensuring clear communication.
• Supervise junior team members and support colleagues with legal queries.
• Contribute to the financial performance of matters and participate in knowledge‑sharing and internal training initiatives.

Required profile

• English qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in family law.
• Experience advising on financial and child‑related matters.
• Clear, confident communication without unnecessary jargon.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Personable and comfortable building long‑term client relationships.
